Refund policy

Exchanges or returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. If you receive damaged items, please reach out to kuroisco@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt.

To initiate an exchange or return, please email kuroisco@gmail.com. To qualify for an exchange or return, please:

1. Provide your order number.
2. Ensure the item(s) remains in its original packaging and is unused.
3. Provide photos of product that is defective. 
   

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, in cases where the item is defective or due to our error, we will cover the return shipping expenses or send out a replacement.

Upon receipt of shipment, refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
